Thank you for your interest in working as an Independent Contractor to clean and turnover cottages or help with grounds maintenance.

Here are some upfront requirements:

• You must be able to work on Saturday's. (Not every Saturday is required as other employees can accept the job if your unavailable)
• You must have an apple or android phone and install our 'lodgify pm' app to accept and complete jobs.
• You will be given a Tax form 1099 at the end of the year as a Independant Contractor.  No taxes will come out of your pay but will be due at the end of the year if you owe.
• In 2023 we plan on starting June 1st.  Before then we will need to get contractors like yourself and make a cleaning plan.
• Must be stable enough to stand on a step stool if needed.

Information you should know:

• Pay for cleaning and turnover will be $100 per cottage.
• Sheets, pillowcases and towels must be washed and prepared for the next guest. This is included in a turnover. Washing machines or laundromat funds provided.
